BIOGRAPHY
Shahan Sarkissian founded Tamar Capital in 2016, a single-family office focused on long-term investments across private and public markets. In 2021, Shahan co-founded Tioopo Capital, a pan-European private equity firm acquiring high-knowhow, cash-generative niche businesses in the UK and France at attractive entry multiples. Since 2021, Tioopo has completed five acquisitions with a net IRR above 40% and launched its first institutional fund (€80m target). Raised in Saudi Arabia and originally Armenian/Lebanese, Shahan studied mechanical engineering at Northeastern University and is passionate about motorsports, skiing, and long-term partnerships with entrepreneurs.
