With over a decade of experience in the capital markets, I learnt that capital is more than just money – it’s about building relationships, earning trust, and telling your company’s story in a way that attracts the right investors. Throughout my career, I have worn two hats – one as an advisor, helping companies improve their investor relations strategies and navigate capital-raising processes, and the other as an investor, mentoring and funding SMEs and startups with strong growth potential.
This dual perspective allows me to offer practical insights and tailored strategies that connect businesses with the resources they need to grow and thrive in today’s competitive landscape. By understanding both sides of the equation, I help businesses not only secure investment but also build meaningful connections that drive long-term success.
Entrepreneurial Journey
Driven by a vision to provide comprehensive consulting services, I co-founded VERTIK Group, a comprehensive solutions hub for companies, offering integrated expertise in financing and support throughout the entire entrepreneurial journey, and Smart Impact Capital, a micro-VC dedicated to early-stage startups. At the same time, I am involved in the family businesses as advisor, with focus on strategy and development.
Beyond my advisory and investment roles, I serve as Executive Director of the Romanian Investor Relations Association (ARIR), where I collaborate with over 40 listed companies to promote best practices in investor relations and improve transparency on the Romanian capital market.
Passions: Business Angel & Investors Network Supporter
My entrepreneurial spirit has led me to support the ecosystem as an angel investor, and in this position, I do not just provide capital – I actively mentor founders, helping them develop strategic plans, refine their pitches, and prepare for future funding rounds. My investment portfolio spans over 20 startups across health tech, fintech, and edtech. Being recognized among the Top 100 Women in Romania’s Startup & Venture Capital Ecosystem is an honor, but my true passion lies in helping entrepreneurs execute their ideas successfully.
Corporate Experience
My professional path has led me to significant roles at two of the largest companies listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange: OMV Petrom and Electrica. In these positions, I was entrusted with overseeing investor relations activities, ensuring transparent reporting, managing investor communications, and enhancing corporate visibility among investors. These experiences have provided me with a deep understanding of corporate dynamics and the importance of effective stakeholder engagement.
