BIOGRAPHY
Hon Kwok Lung, is a prominent business leader and philanthropist with a career spanning various industries. Born in 1955 in Fuqing, Fujian Province, PRC, Mr. Hon serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for China Haidian Holdings Limited (0256.HK), the Chairman and President of Citichamp (Holdings) Limited, and the Chairman of Citychamp Dartong Company Limited (600067.SH). He joined the Board in April 2004 and is the chairman of the nomination committee and a member of the remuneration committee of the Company. Additionally, he chairs the Citychamp Watch and Jewellery Group and is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Eterna AG Uhrenfabrik. Mr. Hon is also appointed as director of various subsidiaries of the Company, including BENDURA BANK AG in Liechtenstein.
Since the late 1980s, Mr. Hon has been actively involved in investments and business operations across the PRC, with a diverse portfolio that includes property development, manufacturing of enamelled copper wires, watchmaking, and financial investments. His projects span major cities such as Hong Kong, Beijing, Fuzhou, Xiamen, Nanjing, Suzhou, Wuhan, Shenzhen, and Zhuhai.
