BIOGRAPHY
Mihai has a long career in the local real estate market, in some of the largest international consulting companies. During his almost 20-year activity in real estate, he was involved in numerous relocation processes for both multinational and local companies, trading over 500,000 sqm of offices throughout this period. He gained substantial insight into real estate transactions, witnessing four extremely different stages of the market: pre, mid and after the 2008 financial crisis and the 2020 pandemic. These demanding times shaped his professional experience.
In 2019 he joined One United Properties as CEO of the Office and Commercial Division. In this role, Mihai coordinates the rental of all office and commercial projects in the developer’s portfolio, as well as strengthening the relationship with tenants, in order to maximize the satisfaction of all occupants from One’s developments.
Mihai holds a degree in International Economic Relations from the Academy of Economic Studies and is a member of the 2016 RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
