Pauline is the founder of KAIROS, an advisory firm that supports next-generation family business owners and their families in reimagining the role of wealth as a force for societal and environmental transformation.
As a fifth-generation member of an industrial family, Pauline brings deep personal insight into both the responsibility and the potential of legacy wealth—not only to drive impact, but to unite families around shared values. Through her work, she challenges traditional paradigms of leadership, encouraging wealth holders to embrace their agency across all forms of capital—from philanthropy and impact investing to business operations.
She also serves on the board of the Eva Ahlström Foundation and as Vice President of le Cercle de la Philanthropie, championing collaboration and innovation in Switzerland’s philanthropic landscape.
