Peter de Boer is a visionary business leader, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of DN AGRAR Group, one of Romania’s most prominent players in sustainable agriculture, the largest cow milk producer in Europe.
Peter brings more than a decade of cross-functional leadership experience in corporate strategy, finance, and investor relations, paired with a forward-thinking vision rooted in long-term value creation. He joined DN AGRAR, the company founded by his family, in 2019 as Director of Strategy and Investor Relations, with a mandate to modernize and reposition the company through capital market engagement, digital transformation, and robust strategic planning. A pivotal achievement under his leadership was coordinating the Group’s listing on the AeRO Market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange in 2022, a move that significantly increased its public visibility and institutional credibility, achieving

As CEO, Peter is now responsible for executing the Group’s 2025–2030 Development Strategy, which focuses on expanding milk production capacity, diversifying revenue streams, and solidifying DN AGRAR’s leadership in sustainable agribusiness in Eastern Europe. He is also guiding preparations for the company’s upcoming listing on the Main Market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, a strategic leap designed to attract new
capital, enhance liquidity, and broaden the investor base.
Decisive and future-focused, Peter is not only leading DN AGRAR Group but also redefining what modern agricultural leadership looks like in Eastern Europe. Alongside his executive role, he co-founded and manages DB NextGen Invest B.V., his family investment company based in the Netherlands, through which they jointly invest in a

Committed to support sustainable economic development, Peter also serves as a board member of The Netherlands Romanian Chamber of Commerce (NRCC), actively contributing to strengthening bilateral business relations and promoting Dutch Romanian partnerships.
He holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from Leiden University, the Netherlands, and further specialized in financial evaluation at the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI). This unique blend of legal, business, and financial expertise has equipped him to lead with both analytical rigor and strategic boldness.
